Things Are Looking Good
It’s January of 2022 and you know what I feel? Things are looking good! Yesterday, I finally got to my Coaching for World Travelers. It’s been a while since I looked at my blog to update the plugins. A lot has happened during these several months and I don’t really want to talk about this. You’ve Lots of Energy, Honey!
The science of nutrition is the art of being in control of your health. Everyone wants to be healthy. What does it mean? This concept of choosing my attitude toward everything that happens in my life has been working well for me. I consciously make a decision to choose what I want to see and how I want to feel. The wildfires have been raging in our region. It is nasty! On Tuesday, my husband and I were driving home after his last pretty eventful and dramatic stay in the hospital. “Please, be careful”, Bob warned me as I was pushing my breaks to slow down on…

Be Nice to Yourself
Be nice to yourself! Most times we are nice to others, taking care of others' needs. Except when we forget about being nice to ourselves, we ultimately burn out and have no energy to share… and help.

Choice of My Focus
What we focus upon we will find the means to make it a reality. My run in the rain inspired me to see Health, Vitality, Grace, and Peace and open my mind to welcome the evidence of it all.
